Reiki Treatments
Usui Reiki (pronounced Ray-key)
Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the mid 1800's, Reiki is administered by "laying on hands", hands above the body or can be sent from a distance. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei and Ki. Rei means "universal" and Ki means "life energy". When the flow of ki in the body is disrupted it causes diminished functioning in parts of the body, mind, or emotions. When a person receives a reiki treatment the healing energy will go to the block that is most important and raise the vibratory level in and around the body where any negative thoughts and feelings are attached. Reiki clears, straightens, and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing healthy ki to flow in a natural way.
Karuna Reiki
Karuna Reiki is an outgrowth of Usui Reiki which was developed by William Lee Rand. Karuna is a sanskrit word that means "compassionate action". Karuna reiki therefore is the reiki of universal compassion.

Rose alchemy is a high frequency, holistic, energy re-balancing modality. The rose frequencies can offer great healing support and insight during these changing times. Rose Alchemy treatment can bring one into a more heart centered consciousness, allowing the feeling of pure love to flow into your being. Rose Alchemy was founded by Sandy Humby. A treatment consists of a personal rose reading combined with an energy healing session using reiki and the rose oracle cards within the treatment.
