The goal of kundalini yoga is to awaken the full potential of human awareness in each individual so that one can experience their infinity and fufill their destiny. Hatha Yoga Sivananda yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga founded by Swami Sivananda. Sivananda yoga aims to retain the vitality of the body and decrease the chance of disease by cultivating the body through proper excercise (asana), proper breathing (pranayam), proper relaxation (savasana), proper diet (vegetarian) and meditation.

These yoga trance dances are unique in that there is live music being played during the dance which creates a space to make the profound journey of body and spirit deeper.
